✘ Explicit nudity or R-rated material.
✘ Any kind of offensive material
ART USAGE
Review the following to know what you can and cannot do with the artwork you purchase.✔ You can upload to any website with credit
✔ You can print or get personal products made for yourself
✔ You can color/line your commission
✔ You can crop your commission (banners, icons, posters)
✔ You can edit the artwork, if I am unable to do it for you.
✔ You can use for commercial use, if you paid the fee.✘ You cannot claim the artwork as your own.
✘ You cannot remove my watermark / signature.
✘ You cannot sell without permission (adopt & customs)
✘ You cannot profit without commercial permission.
✘ You cannot use my art in AI trainable programs.
REFUNDS
I can provide refunds for commissions, but only for the amount of work that is incomplete.If the commission is at the sketch stage you can choose to pay for the sketch, or allow me to use the sketch for a YCH (Your Character Here) or an Adoptable.
SELLING ADOPTS & CUSTOMS
Adoptables cannot be sold for more than they were purchased for, with the exception of them being sold with additional artwork.When selling a character I request that you give me a heads up of who now owns the Character. That way I can update my submissions.These rules also apply to any custom designs you purchased from me.

Full Payment: 100% Upfront
Half Payment: 50% Upfront & 50% at Sketch

RUSH ORDERS
Rush order fees apply to the commission total.+ 50% Sketch commissions
+ 75% Inked commissions
COMMERCIAL PERMISSION
If the commission is going to be used for commercial purposes; meaning you will make profit directly from my artwork; there will be a 50% fee applied to the total cost of the commission.
